• Consultation Services: AI expert consulting
• Technical Support: System integration assistance
• Documentation: Guides and educational materials

4. User Obligations

When using services, it is mandatory to:

1. Provide accurate information during registration and contact
2. Comply with laws in all activities
3. Respect third party rights
4. Maintain system security - no hacking/abuse
5. Ethical use - not for harmful or illegal purposes

8. Fees and Payment

• Maintenance work with advance notice
• Liability limitation in force majeure cases
• Quick technical problem resolution

10. Limitation of Liability

Nova AI liability is limited:

• We are not liable for indirect damages
• No guarantee of AI results accuracy
• User uses service at own risk
• Maximum compensation: amount of fees paid

11. Terms Modification

Terms updates:

• We reserve the right to modify
• 30-day advance notice for significant changes
• Continued use = acceptance of new terms
• Latest version always on website

12. Service Termination

Service ending:

• Either party may terminate at any time
• Immediate suspension for serious violations
• Data backup before termination
• 30-day notice period in standard cases

13. Applicable Law

• Governing law: Polish law
• Disputes: Polish courts jurisdiction
• EU consumers: Consumer residence law may also apply
