• User - natural or legal person using the Service
• Services - all functionalities offered by Nova AI
• Operator - Nova AI, owner and operator of the Service

• Integration with CRM systems

§5 Liability

1. Operator is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Service
2. Operator is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical reasons
3. User bears full responsibility for service usage
